|Question:||My Browsers Crashes / Java Errors|
|Answer:||We have found that using the latest version of Java available in conjunction with the latest browser version available seems to be the most compatible with our system.
To fix the problem and ensure you have the most current version, you should remove all the old Java runtime packages from your computer, and reinstall a current version.
To remove Java, go to the \"Add/Remove Programs\" function in your \"Control Panel\" folder. Scroll down the list to the \"J\'s\" and remove all programs with Java. When you restart your browser and visit a site containing Java, you will be prompted to download the latest version. Proceed with the recommended download.
Please go to http://www.java.com
You should see a green window at the top of the screen that reads \"Free Download-> Java software Get It Now.
Please click on the yellow box that reads \"Get it Now!\"/\"Free Download\"/\"Looking for the ...\". The website will then begin to check the configuration of your computer.
Please accept the download from Sun Microsystems and follow any instructions given to you for installation.
