To answer the OP, if you are able to include links within emails (I don't actually know if you can) you could upload to any public photo hosting site which allows nude pictures (some don't) and include the link./images/_common/forums/emoticons/' }

If the link is text only, i.e. has to be copied and pasted into an address bar you can you this option. If the link is clickable the message will not reach the model. I have sent links to my profiles on other sites to models and made sure to remove the html tagging it has worked every time.
example.
