Actually the answer might be two fold. First there seems to be a time delay when the member send the message in the chat room and when the model actually receives it.
If you never seem to get a reply the answer to that is simple ...the model is on another site and using flirt as a possible backup.
Thought this might be of some interest to some viewers visiting the site.

As for your #2 "reason," that's never happened to me. I would submit it's more likely they don't want to waste time./images/_common/forums/emoticons/' }

My experience with lag time on site has been based upon which viewer you happen to be usin'/available at the time you are onsite. I usually determine lagtime based upon the amount of time a 10 cr tips is sent and sound/reaction time from the performer. If available, UL viewer has best lagtime of 3-5 seconds, LOW is next with 10-15 second delay, and SD 20 seconds up to 75+ seconds. While I usually almost exclusively visit & tip the same performer, I have found that UL is not always available in her room as connection reliability is questionable. I have on many occasions connected with UL, only to be kicked out and reconnected with SD, which I usually immediately switch to LOW. These are my personal observations, and could vary dependin' upon a variety of connection scenarios.
Just my n-n-n-n-n 5cents worth.
